Afraid l’As de Coeur IS for sale. We went again today and had a closer look. And so cheap! Only 179.000 euros. And they all look so cheerful. So next time we come they probably won‘t be here.

The place was busy too.
Apart from that it‘s a lovely day. Warm, sunny, calm.
We went for a tootle over the hills across the river. Via Visan and the Escargots de l‘Enclave and back through St Maurice. We can see this from our terrace and could see our terrace (just) from here!
