Amazing change in the landscape. All the trees are suddenly green, blossoms are bursting forth. They’ve been waiting for weeks! We were promised storms and hail today but apart from some dark clouds and a bit of fierce rain at 3 it’s been fine.
We got the call from Darty to pick up Adrian’s repaired camera so sped off to Le Pontet - Again. Good news is that they just replaced the whole lens unit so effectively he has a new camera, plus extended guarantee.
News on the crèche. An official piece of paper appeared in the letterbox to tell all. Apparently it’s temporary - well for a year. The actual crèche by the Stade is having work done and there is nowhere on the premises safe enough for parents to park and unload etc. So rue FB has been selected as interim HQ complete with 30 kmh speed limit past the building and no parking except for pick up and drop off during hours of business.
