Another sunny day and we were away to Avignon to return our guest. Then back along the other bank of the Rhone. It all looked very tempting - Ventoux in the distance with the wide river in the foreground. Banks and banks of poppies.
We stopped for liquid refreshment in Caderousse at the bar under the plane trees and then home to flop before the final social engagement. Tea with the Kaisers who leave tomorrow.
