Only a bit mind. Don’t get excited! But I was sent off to the pool this morning...all by myself! On my way through Vacqueyras I spotted a bird standing in the middle of the road by the Coopérative. Usually you’d expect a pigeon but today, no, it was a Hoopoe. Silly creature just stared at me and I actually had to stop for it to move. Luckily nothing behind me.
The pool was lovely, fairly empty a lot of the time apart from a swimming class and a few swimmers. I even got one bassin to myself for a while. But come 11.45 it was a bit hot so I came away. Must go again. Only 3 euros...bargain!
The house is also bearable and we have open windows letting the breeze through. So all in all, an improvement in conditions.
